Most of us understand what it feels like to live with too much stress, and the huge toll it takes on our health and peace of mind. Stress compromises our immune system and hampers our ability to think, act, and focus clearly. Consequently, our brains do not work at their optimum level, and we function from a place of coping or compensating. This only adds additional stress to our system. Our innate, natural systems begin to shut down or switch off. The end result is that job performance, personal relationships, self-esteem, academic skills, coordination, performance and our ability to make decisions all suffer. But wait! There is hope. Through the work I do at Creative Brain Works, all types of learning becomes easier for children and adults. They will experience success and joy, their self-confidence increases and stress is greatly reduced. These changes are life changing, and are achieved through simple physical movements to integrate all areas of the brain, awakening reflex integration with developmental movements and facilitating a natural flow of energy through the body. The creation of new neuro pathways and reconnecting the brain and body into one totally integrated system allows one to achieve their highest potential and will greatly reduce stress. Once the integration process is achieved, positive changes occur. Where there were once issues with physical and personal growth, social skills, academic achievement, job skills, interpersonal relationships or athletics, they are reduced or completely eliminated. This work is very effective with those with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia and other learning challenges.
