Each person is different. You may experience some changes even from the first session.
Some people get major results in as little as 90 days.
- How long does a session last?
Each session is 60 minutes.
- How often are the sessions?
Each session is once a week.
- What happens in a session?
Each session is precisely tailored just for you. We design your program together, and regularly check results and progress. The programs are all movement-based.
- How will I know if I am making progress?
We set concrete, specific, measurable goals together and check them every week. Making a list of specific changes you notice between sessions is encouraged. They can be subtle so you don't want to miss them!
- Who do you work with?
I work with professional people who want to move forward in their career by reducing stress, and sharpening their focus and brain power.
- What do you charge for private sessions?
Private sessions are in bundled programs (small - 6 sessions; medium - 13 sessions;
large - 24 sessions). Tuition ranges from $1,500 to $4,000.

- How did you get into all of this?
When I was a single mom raising 2 kids, working full time, I hit a brick wall at work one day. I was so stressed, overwhelmed and frustrated, I thought seriously about grabbing my purse and walking out. I thought, "I don't care about my retirement! I can't take it any more. I'm done!"
Well, I didn't walk away. I couldn't. I had 2 kids! So I know very well what it is like to juggle everything in life under daunting stress.
What I did instead was look for solutions to help me keep my sanity! I knew I had much more to give to my job but I knew I had to find ways to reduce my stress and not get so depleted. Here's what I did...I took training in how the brain works. I invested a lot of time and money gathering information and taking training. I pursued getting trained and licensed in leading-edge techniques that transformed people's lives. Mine too!
I then took the best of the best and developed my own system, Creative Brain Works. I left my job, never looked back and have helped hundreds transform into more calm, confident, happy people!
